TICKETS
LATE ENTRANCE POLICY
As we operate in such a unique venue, our main entrance opens directly into our Screening Room. Out of respect for our filmmakers and audience members, the front door will LOCK once a block has begun so as not to disturb a screening.
If you arrive once a block has begun, you will be directed to enter through the Atrium Entrance which is located at the back of the building (off of the Elm Street driveway). One of our volunteers will be able to assist you with ticketing and finding a seat.
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to avoid any confusion. Leave extra time for parking! (See more about parking and directions below).
This applies to filmmakers and guests.

Via Train (NJ Transit):
The James Ward Mansion is very accessible by train and located only 1 block away from Westfield Train Station, which serves NJ Transit's Raritan Valley Line. Only a 40-minute train ride from New York City, those traveling to/from NYC will need to transfer at Newark Penn Station.
PARKING:
Parking is available as on-street parking and in various public parking lots walking-distance from venue (see map below).

The Town of Westfield offers the following FREE parking options:

FREE parking in permit spaces after 10:00 AM in Lot #3 (South Avenue Train lot).

FREE parking is available on Saturdays in Lot #3 and Lot #8 at non-numbered, non-metered permit spots, and at orange bagged employee permit spaces on Orchard St., Elm St. and Ferris Place.

Downtown Westfield always offers FREE parking in ALL spaces on Sundays.
Our recommendation for the least busiest parking lot is Lot #3 (South Avenue Train lot) and parking south of the NJTransit train tracks. The James Ward Mansion is just a short walk away.
HANDICAP ACCESS
AT THE JAMES WARD MANSION
Please note that the front entrance of the James Ward Mansion uses a flight of stairs to enter the venue. If you require handicap elevator access, there is an elevator located in the back entrance of the building (around the corner on Elm St.) and will require a staff member to assist. Please let our volunteers on-site know if you need assistance.
